How we co-create a professional learning pathway with you
The pathway through the 4CTL Curriculum PL responds directly to classroom, school and community requirements and imperatives. The curriculum is focused on learners’ needs and attainment, and centred on an inquiry approach to evaluate impact.
Through planning sessions, discussions and with a commitment to co-creation, we will work together with you to build a professional learning pathway that suits your context, ability and budget.
Central to all our professional learning offerings are the 4Cs, as well as a deeply held value of agency. To this end, we encourage student, teacher, leader and community input into learning and transformation goals.
Whether we’re focused on your school leaders, a small group of interested teachers, early career teachers, or whole staff development, we can tailor your professional learning pathway to deliver powerful and deep learning experiences for everyone.

FAQs
Are all 4CTL sessions whole days?
4CTL offer sessions of all lengths, with a pricing structure that accommodates up-to-3hours, and then 3hours-to-whole-day. In some circumstances, 1 hr sessions may be made available.
Are there limits to the number of participants in a session?
Ideal participant numbers are dependent on the type of session, but generally groups of 5-10 teachers are ideal. However, we do offer SDD sessions for all staff, 1:1 or small group reflective practice or coaching sessions and all school twilight sessions which can include students and parents.
Are there other costs besides the cost of the session?
We charge a travel fee for schools outside of reasonable drivable distance from Sydney. We sell optional items (books, posters, mats, etc) at close-to-cost, but these are not essential or mandatory purchases.
Do you have cancellation fees?
If sessions are cancelled within less than 2 weeks of their scheduled date, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of 30% of the cost of the cancelled session, and this will be determined on a case by case basis. Further, costs incurred from cancelled travel/accommodation will be charged in full.
