We have worked with over 100 organisations, and every context has been different: different nuances, different challenges and different opportunities.

Our passion lies in working shoulder to shoulder with our partner organisations to see their transformative vision come to reality. 

Our primary focus is developing strong relationships with key people in our partner organisations, powered by authentic co-construction. These relationships allow us to help our partners articulate what they value, what change or innovation they want to see, and how to empower the potential of their people to make that transformation come to life.

  • No pre-designed PL programs. Everything is designed for your context, tailored to your needs.

  • No PL roll-outs. We believe agency is central to success.

  • No tedious, death-by-powerpoint learning sessions. We deliver embodied, practical and process-based learning workshops.


Instead of these typical PL approaches, we help our partners navigate our comprehensive 4CTL PL Curriculum to co-construct the bespoke PL plan that best meets their needs.

Our approach to Professional Learning is built around an authentic inquiry model and rests on the three foundations that make all learning powerful and purposeful: 

Autonomy: Those engaging with the learning are doing so, motivated by their own volition.

Authenticity: Those engaging in the learning are able to make clear links to how it will help them in the day-to-day challenges they face and that they have the opportunity to discover how it aligns with their values. 

Accessibility: Those engaging with the learning are able to access the learning appropriate to their existing understanding; and that whatever part of their learning journey they are at they feel adequately supported and purposefully challenged.
