See what 4CTL professional learning looks like in action

Learning In Action

All our professional learning is evidence-based and involves expert teaching, and learning, that is deep, engaging and rigorous.

It is responsive to learner needs and outcomes. It involves a holistic approach to student, teacher and leader agency through learning in cognitive, intra-personal and interpersonal capacities.

All modes of teaching and learning involve aspects of the 4C capabilities, generational learning strategies, embodied experiences, reflection and inquiry.

4CTL Modes of PL Delivery

Our professional learning is co-constructed with schools and organisations and can involve:

  • Experiential workshops

  • Community of practice workshops

  • 4C Network school workshop events and conferences

  • Small group or individual coaching

  • Small group or individual mentoring

  • Individual and group professional reflective practice

  • Inspirational keynotes

  • Online learning and resources
