The Transforming Learner Engagement workshop is a 2.5 hour introductory, practical session exploring these questions, with a focus on how to better enable student voice and agency to improve learner engagement.

Participants will experience practical and inclusive ways to enable voice and cultivate agency in diverse contexts.

who is this workshop for?

Teachers and educational leaders interested in engaging in practical, research-based, deep professional learning that builds learning capacity and agency in their school environments, with the purpose of increasing the engagement of their learners.

Who are we and who is facilitating this workshop?

Workshop facilitators, 4C Transformative Learning (4CTL) are an organisation that works in long-term professional learning partnerships with a network of school across Australia and internationally.

Enabled by the capabilities of the 4Cs - Collaboration, Creativity, Communication and Critical Reflection - our approach is responsive to the challenges and opportunities of contemporary education. We’re dedicated to applying the most relevant research to support schools as they meet the emerging needs of students, staff and their communities.

This workshop will be facilitated by 4C Transformative Learning Senior Practice Leaders, who are expert, highly experienced 4CTL practitioners.
